Shimano is committed to the performance of our cycling and fishing gear; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and technical manuals, into the original shipping box or a secure alternative.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
